Severe winter weather is cause for canceling thousands of flights across the U.S. and delaying package delivery in the last days before Christmas.  But, one flight is guaranteed to have no problem taking off – Rear Admiral Daniel Cheever of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) reassures Joe Kernen and Becky Quick that Santa Claus will continue his flawless record of clean departures from the North Pole. Justin Bieber is close to securing a $200 million deal for his publishing and recorded music rights – at age 28!  Jon Fortt takes a look at both sides of the argument for the Belieber legacy.
