This week, Kevin takes the mic to chat with elite USAPL athlete Chrissy Peracchi. Chrissy just took home the gold in the -57kg class at the Arnold Pro American meet with a 422.5 kg/931 lbs total, and placed 4th at 2017 Raw Nationals.

Chrissy and Kevin chat about her yearlong adventure into the USAPL, what it’s like transitioning coaches while in prep for nationals, and she gives her advice for newer lifters to the sport of powerlifting.
