Sasha Cuff is a Relational Somatic Practitioner who has spent the last 25 years studying trauma and trauma resolution of all types, along with exploring a multitude of healing modalities and cultural perspectives on wellness. Sasha is deeply committed to his own shadow work and helping others in an embodied way. 

We sit down with Sasha to discuss his work in somatic therapy and the fact that what we are experiencing psychologically is often a symptom of our biology. 

We talk about the physiological impact of our relational wounds, the extent to which developmental/childhood trauma can block access to relational healing, the role psychedelic therapy can play in deep integrative repair, and the importance of creating specific containers and after care protocols that hold space for processing as we navigate healing trauma with psychedelics.
