Joe Fauria is a former NFL athlete, current breathwork facilitator, and co-founder of Hello Wellness Retreats. After wrapping up his time in the NFL, he found himself in similar shoes to many ex-athletes as he struggled to navigate his identity off the field—a common place to those who have transitioned away from a job that they identified so deeply with.
