First I want to apologize for how long it has taken me to get this show published to you.
As you can tell there are a lot of links here and we talked about a lot of different subjects and on top of that it’s Christmas time. Thanks for bearing with us and understanding.
As many of you know we are taking a little bit of a break from producing so many shows. We’re only going to take a break for a couple of months.
During this time we’re working on (as Kate likes to call them) some “secret squirrel” projects behind the scenes in order to better serve you.
Thanks for understanding. I want all of you to know that the show is our heart and soul. It’s our mission and the central focal point of our vision for creating a better world.
With that said, we have some serious passions that we want to develop and make available to you. It’s some serious high level stuff we’re putting together for you.
So with all of that said, this (once again) was just a really fun show to record. The chat room makes it particularly fun as well. It’s really great to be able chat live with listeners during the show.
Technology is really quite incredible. It’s a real honor for us to share a little bit of our lives, our struggles and our journey to living long and healthy. 🙂
