The Red Light Report Biocentrism: Unraveling the Illusion of Space & Time

What if I told you that time and space are truly illusions and only constructs used by humans to better understand and operate in our world? That there is no such thing as an "external" and "internal" world and what we think we see "out there" is literally occurring and being conceived inside our head? Based on physics and biology, this is all true; is our consciousness that dictates all that we see and perceive in our world... If this is all tough to comprehend and wrap your mind around, you are certainly not alone. This is all the basis for biocentrism.
Recently, I have been reading a series of books on this very topic (Biocentrism, Beyond Biocentrism and The Grand Biocentric Design, all by Robert Lanza, MD) and it has been extremely mind-bending, mind-expanding and, ultimately, still tough to fathom, as it all completely flies in the face of the paradigm we have all been entrenched in for hundreds and hundreds of years. Within all of this, there are also explanations of light, such as what it is, the role it plays in life and how we interact with it as beings. I find it all very fascinating!
So today, I share some excerpts from the first two books to give you a peak into the world of biocentrism. Perhaps it will resonate with you and expand your mind like it did mine.
