On this week’s episode we divide and conquer by each presenting three different death cults from three separate time periods, on three entirely different continents, all of which there’s a good chance you’ve never even heard of. In the free section of the show Mari Sama presents the modern day Shakahola Starvation Massacre of Africa which features a staggering body-count. Afterwards, Malachor presents The Blackburn Cult, a Los Angeles based angel channeling doomsday cult from the turn of the century, one of the only death cults known to be run by women and has an equally unexpected conclusion. In the extended version of the show I present the true tale of the Knights of the Solar Temple who operated across France, Switzerland and Canada in the mid to late eighties who were known for blending Rosicrucian rituals, new-age philosophy and crypto fascism into a deadly concoction that claimed the lives of numerous wealthy and connected members in a massive blaze of murder and self-immolation.
