In this episode, Dan and Christian talk to Chris Shaffer, the senior director of franchise development for Floor Coverings International. Chris joined Floor Coverings International (FCI) in March of 2021 and has helped them achieve tremendous success over the last few years. While home improvement is not known for good customer service, FCI is a part of First Service Brands, who prioritize a positive customer experience. Before that, he worked for seven years as the franchise director for Kiddie Academy. He works closely with Franchise Candidates to guide them through the Discovery and Orientation process to become franchisees. Chris is passionate about working with folks that are interested in achieving the “work/life balance” and walking them down the path to break away from the corporate grind while achieving monetary success.
