About: Ian Morgan is a successful business owner and accountant who has transformed his life through self-discovery and hard work. He started out as a Pharmacy Technician in the NHS before having children sparked a journey of self-discovery.
Determined to make a change in his life, Ian made the bold decision to retrain as an accountant. He took on thousands of dollars in loans and credit card debt to finance his education. But despite the financial burden, Ian was determined to succeed.
In 2015, Ian had a lightbulb moment when he and his wife decided to start developing their own mindset. Together, they formed an amazing team and shifted their business model from a one-man operation to a team-based business. This change allowed Ian to reduce the stress and long hours he experienced while still maintaining a high volume of clients.
Today, Ian's business has grown exponentially, with a team of over 10 employees. He works only 30 hours a week and has achieved a comfortable life with very little money worries. His business has seen 60% growth in sales in the last 12 months with profits increasing by over 50% without any major issues or stresses.
Ian and his team continue to have a waiting list of clients and scale the business in a controlled manner, preserving the quality of the service they deliver.
