

235: Adam Badger - Habits That Make Fitness Easy (Even When Life is Busy)
Adam Badger (@badgerstrength) is a husband, father, personal trainer & nutrition coach, and host of the Talkin’ Fit Podcast. Adam has a very real-world approach to fitness focusing on building habits and systems rather than quick fixes.
One of the biggest differences between “fit” people and those who aren’t, isn’t that fit people never eat pizza, or never skip a workout, or just somehow have a perfectly scheduled life. It’s mostly that fit people have spent years developing habits so that even when life gets in the way, they don’t slip too far and/or it’s easy to get back on track.
This is what Adam and I discussed in this episode. Life is always going to throw curveballs - you have to have something to lean on instead of just totally giving up on your fitness every time. Adam gives some super practical and applicable advice to start building simple habits that will have MASSIVE payoffs for your entire life.
Fitness is never about overhauling your whole life. It’s about small but consistent incremental steps forward that result in the exact life you want to live.
