Well, I didn't think I would be doing an episode about this but here we are.
Recently my 9 year old son has been having moments of anxiety and worry due to school work. It's been a learning curve but something my husband and I are totally equiped to handle.
I want to share our experience with you and the tools and techniques we've been trying in hopes that you feel seen and understood.
I also invite you to make sure that YOU are sorting out your anxiety, that YOU have the tools to work through the things that come up for you.
When we do the internal work, when we have rituals and practices that serve our mental health we can teach our children.
