What's wrong with me – why can't I just be satisfied?

A listener asks: "Why can't I just be satisfied with what I have?" Some of us aren't cut out to do the same thing year after year. Embrace your desire for change, challenge and variety. Don't try to find the one thing you're going to do for the next 30 years. Yes, be clear about what you want your life to look like 10 years - 20 years from now. But just have a clear plan for the next 2-3 years in your work - that's likely to change.
