"The temple lies at the center of strengthening our faith and spiritual fortitude because the Savior and His doctrine are the very heart of the temple. Everything taught in the temple, through instruction and through the Spirit, increases our understanding of Jesus Christ," said President Russell M. Nelson. Oftentimes when we attend the temple we are thinking about everything except the Savior and yet each temple is a sacred, holy, literal house of God. We can know more about the Savior there than anywhere else. How can we learn more about Him, more about His love, and receive more revelation from Him in these holy edifices? Elder Allen Haynie teaches some ways that we can improve our worship, and have our eyes more opened to the reality that we can figuratively, symbolically, and literally, find Jesus Christ in the temple.
