We talk with Kathryn about how parents can model moving through difficulty without making their children responsible for holding it, the truths we don’t speak in an attempt to avoid hurting those we love, the difference between an intellectual understanding of spiritual principles and using them as tools for moving through our daily lives, and understanding our children’s behaviors not as good or bad - but as very human attempts to get their needs met.
