The It’s All Me framework reminds us that YOU are the solution. Your awakening and connection to Self is THE answer to strong and sustainable change. Any change you wish to create in the world must first start inside you . . . then in your home, then in your immediate circles. The systems that profit from our powerlessness, overwhelm and disconnection do not want us to pause. So we set a new standard again . . . and we PAUSE.
