How to Prepare Your Business Now for Time Off this Summer

Being a working mom is a huge part of my life. I work extremely hard, and I also cherish the time that I get to spend with my family, because I know that these are days that I won’t get back.

One of the things that I like to do each year as my kids are growing up is lighten my workload for the summers so we can really enjoy that time together. Doing this takes some time and preparation to ensure that things go smoothly.

In today’s episode, I am breaking down everything that I am doing now to prepare for a light summer.
