She is the Founder of Lisa Tromba Associates, an executive search and leadership solutions firm (formerly Luisi Tromba Advisors of which she was Co-Founder and Managing Partner). In addition, Lisa leads Leadership Intelligence Services, LLC, which she founded in 2010 to support her clients and business with executive assessment capabilities. Lisa publishes LeaderEdge, an email newsletter that explores timeless ideas and insights inspired by prominent thought leaders, as well as her work helping her leadership community to sharpen their leadership edge.
