What they don't tell you about pregnancy & baby loss with Pregnancy Loss Doula Katie Rose
Pregnancy loss, miscarriage and baby loss are heartbreakingly common and yet, so often, they’re met with silence, shame and a lack of real support.
In this powerful and deeply honest conversation, I’m joined by Katie Rose, a Pregnancy Loss & Miscarriage Doula, who shares her own story of miscarriage and how it led her to support others through theirs.
With me also having experienced miscarriage at 6 weeks of pregnancy, followed by a TFMR at 21 weeks pregnancy, we unpack the things people don’t talk about enough. From the physical, emotional, and spiritual impact of early loss to the grief that lingers long after the world has moved on.
We also talk about power. About how loss can be a portal into deeper sovereignty, identity and inner wisdom - if we’re met with the right kind of care and empowering support.
Whether you’ve experienced baby loss yourself, if you’re supporting someone who has, or want to understand this very common but still so unspoken topic so that we can create a more compassionate world - this episode is for you.
