In this episode, Semaj talks about his experiences in following his passion. He loves connecting with people, which is a big part of what makes the fitness industry so rewarding for him. He's accomplished quite a bit in his career so far and been in a lot of different environments. There have been many opportunities where he's needed to do be two feet in and make the most of the opportunities that life presents. We talked about travel, how he met his wife, and how COVID-19 has changed him.
