· Ingrid lives in Belgium and is based at S.H.A.P.E., the military arm of NATO, where she leads an international community well-being programme.
· Ingrid is a Chartered Psychologist (H.C.P.C. registered), Qualified Executive Coach, and a member of the European Association for Aviation Psychology, SIOP, E.A.W.O.P. and Project S.A.F.E.
· She received the Practitioner of the Year Award (2010) from The British Psychological Society (B.P.S.), Division of Occupational Psychology (D.O.P.) and served as D.O.P. Strategy Convenor and Conference Chair for a decade.
· Ingrid is responsible for leading the Invited Speaker programme for the E.A.W.O.P. Katowice 2023 Congress
