In this episode I get to chat with one of the greatest ever HYROX athletes – Alexander Roncevic. Alex has been in the sport pretty much from the beginning – he’s been on the world championship podium an unprecedented 4 times, he has a mens pro personal best time of 56:13 making him the 3rd fastest man ever in the sport, he’s just finished 2nd at the World Championships in Manchester, and he is the 2023 European Champion. We spoke lots about his training, his race experience in Manchester, his sporting background, and lots lots more. It was a great chat with someone who – I think its fair to say – is a bit of a legend in the sport and who hasn’t done many podcasts or videos in the past so this is a unique opportunity to hear from someone who has shown longevity in hyrox, who is one of the best ever, and who has been able to consistently improve his performances over time.
