From Wall Street to the Yoga Mat - Awakening the Kundalini with Daniela Mattos

Daniela Mattos left her home in Brazil at 19 years old to come to the US. She started her path studying Biotechnology, then worked on Wall Street for twelve years, and now is a KRI-Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher. If you're wondering how someone goes from climbing the corporate ladder to teaching yoga, while making a complete life transformation, this is the episode for you.

In today's episode, Daniela shares her story, and how she went from being a skeptic to an illuminated and radiant guide to others. After the birth of her second child, everything changed in her life. She experienced chronic pain, and while she was determined to recover, a new modality presented itself.

That modality was the "Diamond" of Yoga, and while she found the practice to be quite weird, because - hey it can be!, she was open and that's when her world began to change.

She completed her Kundalini teacher training under renowned teacher, Gurmukh. She's also has a certification in Radiant Child Yoga, Reiki Usui Method Levels 1 and 2, as well as an Astrology certification with Rebecca Gordon.
