25: Angie's Story: Barely Living to Thriving with Values & Vision

An interview with Angie Chaplin, a speaker and consultant with Mindful Leadership, a business she founded by rediscovering her purpose and aligning her passion in February 2020 after a decade of life-threatening alcohol use disorder. Angie serves as a member of SMART Recovery's marketing communications committee and group meeting facilitator, and she was selected as a brand ambassador for Athletic Brewing Co. After raising her two sons in northeast Iowa, Angie currently lives in downtown Iowa City where she practices her values through yoga, networking, community events, and Iowa Hawkeyes football.
