I received a message recently asking what it's like to be a full time yoga teacher. What can you expect? I'll share all about that today and why self care is the most important thing to focus on first and why many yoga teachers neglect this. I'll also share why 8 hour work days are not necessary or even effective for yoga teachers and how many hours I typically work in a day, and what I focus on. I'll address one of the more common mistakes I have seen among teacher that can lead to struggling to pay bills despite teaching all the time, and how I have created a life of only doing work I love while making a great living and being able to genuinely help others.
