Gerard (Gerry) Zack is the Founder and CEO of RiskTrek LLC, a consultancy through which he advises organizations on compliance, fraud, and enterprise risk management, internal audit, governance, and sustainability matters. He is also the Chief Risk Architect and Co-founder of Eastward, an AI-assisted risk assessment and management platform. From 2017 to 2024 he was the CEO of Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics & Health Care Compliance Association (SCCE & HCCA), a global membership association for the compliance and ethics profession.
