Consequently, the Austrian Data Protection Authority has been asked to investigate OpenAI's data processing practices and ensure compliance with the complainant's request to access the data. This scrutiny underscores the importance of transparency and accountability in AI systems, particularly in handling personal data and upholding privacy rights.
