Laura Long of “Your Badass Therapy Practice” and I talk about how to work through this fear by creating Impulse Momentum or Imperfect Action.
Building the plane as you fly it (or simply putting the idea out to the world before it’s finished) is really how you start to work through a lot of this fearfulness, insecurity, and self-doubt.
Laura and I both own private practice coaching businesses, are successful speakers, and have built our own individual audiences. We’ve each experienced this type of fear, and almost convinced ourselves not to pursue our goals and visions. Had we not worked through the fear, this podcast episode and everything else we’ve created would have never happened.
