•  Do not see diversity and inclusion as an HR issue that you do not need to look after and evaluate yourself. It’s integrated within a culture and can make your organisation and you as a leader more successful.
• The world is changing faster than ever before, you have to continue to learn and educate yourself about the things you do not know to remain relevant and not become obsolete. It is your responsibility and you will be a better leader for it.
• The biggest asset in any organisation is the people, their ambition, commitment and energy of those people and it’s a leader’s job to maximise this potential.
