Rob Cook is a great friend and storyteller.  He is a US Air Force Veteran, a coach, speaker and podcaster in his own right, hosting the 3 Principles Global Community’s Podcast “We’re Listening”.

Rob brings an energy and passion to everything he does and in this episode we cover a wide variety of themes, all centred on our innate ability to thrive in any moment.  Rob also mentions a programme he has recently introduced called Life After Trauma Advocate Programme in concert with Sharon Castle and Mind Fit Life Coaching in South Africa.
