I first came into contact with Tom and his work via the Fit Cast, he was incredibly clued up and well spoken. Since hearing him there I purchased his book, which was one of the first pieces of true evidence-based literature I had read. Tom himself was a champion bodybuilder, taking home his fair share of trophies.
