Dr. Kim D’Eramo is a physician, Bestselling Author of the MindBody Toolkit, and Founder of the American Institute of Mind Body Medicine. She has assisted MILLIONS of people self-heal and resolve chronic disease and illness. After an awakening experience at age 16, Kim became fascinated with MindBody Medicine and Spirituality, and began studying them passionately. She had the awareness that she was here to be a physician to share the truth that our thoughts create our reality and that our emotions directly affect our cells and how our bodies can heal from within.

During medical school, she developed a strange illness with severe joint & back pain, headaches, weight gain, aches and chills all over, and severely low energy.
