Finding YOUR Standard

One of the most powerful concepts we use within our coaching work is called “Standard Over Feelings.” This concept breaks down the different stages of performance and what we have found to be true when it comes to someone operating at their highest level. 

This week’s episode of The Burn Podcast we wanted to pull a section from one of my recent keynotes where I took over 400 attorneys through this same training. 

Although this just scratches the surface of truly adopting the concept, I believe that it is one of the most important things you can do to uncover what your highest level of performance looks like.
