161. Christmas Abbott | The Badass Life

On today’s episode, Ackerman sits down with Christmas Abbott. Christmas has been in the CrossFit space for 15 years, from competing to running her own Affiliate. She completely turned her life around from drinking, smoking and partying when she’s 22 to being a beast on the Crossfit Games floor. Christmas has really done it all from running a box, selling a  box, online programming and release two books, - she’s done so much more. They discuss Christmas’s struggles in business, how she hired coaches and ensuring they were the very best for her community. Christmas was also members of Crossfit Semrair seminar staff back in the early days. Like I said Christmas Abbot really has done it all.
