Cody “Boom-Boom” McBroom believes that nobody is truly self-made.

Cody joins me today to discuss the “Prime, Progress, and Prosper” approach to flexible dieting, health, and weight loss. He describes how coaching in person can improve empathy and client relationships.
He shares his process for educating people on flexible dieting and using a metric-based approach to nutrition.
Cody also offers advice on helping clients build healthier habits that help them adhere to a program and underscores the value of focusing on process over results.
