

Dr. Eleanor Glass, using improvement to reduce physician burnout
Dr. Glass is a third generation Dr. Glass! She is committed to and excited to start a Direct Primary Care practice in Cincinnati, inspired by the legacy begun by her grandfather, a primary care doctor in England. Dr. Glass is building a family medicine practice which supports both patient and physician in the pursuit of health.
As a faculty member with the University of Cincinnati's Department of Family and Community Medicine, Dr. Glass served as a primary care doctor at The Christ Hospital Family Medicine Center. In addition, she broadened her clinical experience by serving as medical acupuncturist for the Center for Integrative Health and Wellness, teaching clinician in the newborn nursery and the office procedures clinic, and staff member at The Christ Hospital Urgent Care Center.
Dr. Glass has been recognized with many awards for her studies and clinical work, including: Intern of the Year, Marjorie Grad Vockell Award for Humanism and Compassion in Clinical Care, Gold Humanism Resident as Teacher award, AOA induction, and as Preceptor of the Year. Dr. Glass teaches on various topics including: burnout prevention, integrative approaches to mental health, primary care for HIV/AIDS patients, and quality improvement in EMR usage. Other interests include: pediatrics, women's health and contraception management, dermatologic procedures, and nutrition, exercise and mindfulness.
