Some things may not be easy, or you might be too lazy. Regardless, adding something to enhance your health sounds more fun than taking something away.
So instead of giving up something (which, of course, you still can for Lent), add an action or activity that enhances your healthy living.

What you really need to consider is what will have the greatest impact in the shortest time? Or what do you need that will help jumpstart something long-term?

- Portion sizes
- Reducing soda intake
- A routine that focuses on you
- Wellness check-up with labs
- Increase your knowledge
CHALLENGE: What do you start with today?
Don't overthink this. Focus on what matters today for you. And you may want to look at only one week. Plus, there's nothing wrong going day by day.
However, I would caution you to make arrangements the night before so as the sun rises, you are prepared and do not have to give much thought to your focus.
