We all feel, to a greater or lesser extent, moments of contentment throughout life and it’s really important to highlight these moments now and then to have a more fulfilled and joyful life.
One of the most incredible aspects of life is that we tend to get happier as we get older, or at least more content. Maturity gives us a sense of calmness which makes us feel more content overall. In addition, sometimes with age comes regret and everyone regrets something they did or did not do at some point, but we should also choose not to ruminate on these regrets and decide to be grateful instead.
