Have you noticed an increase of girlies walking on the treadmill at a steep AF incline at the gym lately? Well, you can thank the 12-3-30 workout challenge.
Coined by influencer Lauren Giraldo on TikTok, the fitness trend has our generation in a chokehold right now and is supposed to tone your whole body, burn calories and boost your cardio endurance.
For the sake of science and this week’s episode of Fact Or Cap, Sal and Al tried out the treadmill challenge for a month to see if it lives up to the TikTok hype. So is it the sh*& or just another fitness fad?
