

Healing My Relationship With My Body And Food
It has been the LONGEST journey to like my body. For as long as I've been inside my body, I have punished it in many ways. From over training, under eating, restricting food then binge eating then throwing it up, to drugs, alcohol and allowing myself to have sex with people I didn't want to.
Over the last two years I have been healing my relationship with my body through actually nourishing it with good foods, cooking at home, eating good carbs, protein and fats and training less than I have. As a result, it's the best I've felt in my body and that's a big thing for me to say out loud!
