Spending more than you earn,

Not tracking spending or having a budget. Before you get paid, make a budget and stick to it!

Buying depreciating liabilities. Think about what you are buying and try and look at things that will actually gain value.

Emotions. Making money decisions when you are emotional is a big no-no.

Only saving and not investing. Savings should only be a safety net, past this point you want to invest and make this money work for you as well as protect it from inflation.
