During this period, Warren experienced significant health challenges, including fibromyalgia, anxiety, weight gain, and insomnia, which he later attributed to toxin exposure.
Through extensive research and a personal healing journey, Warren discovered that many illnesses and chronic conditions are linked to environmental toxins present in food and everyday products. This realization ignited his passion for educating others about the benefits of a toxin-free lifestyle. He emphasizes that by making simple changes in daily routines, individuals can significantly improve their health and well-being.
As the founder of Non-Toxic Dad, Warren shares his knowledge and expertise across various platforms, including social media and public speaking engagements. He is also the host of the Non-Toxic Living Podcast and has co-produced the documentary series "Home Sick Home," which explores the impact of environmental toxins on health.
