Welcome to the first ever brand new community episode on Motherkind.

So I’ve decided to pilot a series where I interview YOU, mums in the community, for 6 episodes. 

This week is Amy. Amy is a solo mum to her 5-year-old daughter.  We talk about:

• Navigating anxiety and perfectionism in motherhood
• How she struggled with a really hash relationship with herself 
• Shares how she overcomes all of the above
