The Stronger the Light, the Bigger the Shadow

When we expand, that naturally triggers resistance, both from within ourselves and from others around us. People project their wounds, fears, and darkness onto us, creating confusing reactions that don't truly belong to us.

This isn't a sign we're doing something wrong, but confirmation we're embodying our highest truth. The answer isn't to dim our light or avoid expansion, but to learn how to protect our energy while keeping our heart open. We can transmute darkness without closing ourselves off from love.

People who feel threatened by our growth will try to diminish our light or pull us down to their level. When we don't know how to protect our energy field, we can absorb others' heaviness, leading to doubt, unworthiness, and the false belief that something is wrong with us.
