We first met Jessica Haessly in her backyard several months ago, on our other podcast The Jar. With her background we knew she would have to also be a guest on Mental Health Today. Jessica is a certified yoga instructor and mindfulness coach based in the United States. With over 10 years of experience in the field, Jessica has dedicated her career to helping individuals find balance, peace, and fulfillment in their lives through the practice of yoga and mindfulness.
Jessica's passion for yoga and mindfulness is evident in her work as the founder of Yoga Story Now, where she offers online classes, workshops, and retreats to individuals and groups around the world. She also shares her expertise on the Insight Timer app, where she offers guided meditations and courses to help individuals cultivate a more mindful and centered life.
Jessica's approach to yoga and mindfulness is grounded in science and research, and she integrates principles of psychology and neuroscience into her teaching to provide a well-rounded and evidence-based approach to wellness. Through her work, Jessica seeks to empower individuals to discover their own inner strength and resilience, and to find greater peace and happiness in their lives.
