Karli is home! After a month in India completing her 200-hour Sattva yoga teacher training, she is here to share all about her experience. Most likely, you’ve never heard of Sattva yoga, and that’s okay – most people haven’t!

For many people in Western culture, yoga has become a practice solely focused on the physical body, when in reality, ‘yoga’ is actually a way of life, with the physical practice being one part of the whole. Yoga in Sanskrit literally means ‘union’, and sattva means ‘whole’. Sattva Yoga is one of the most comprehensive approaches to yoga in the world today, incorporating all essential practices and teachings of yoga in a radically holistic and powerful way.

Join us as Karli recounts her experience of being in India, the teacher training (which really is a LIFE training), and the wisdom she is just beginning to integrate into her daily life.
