Hands down, the number one tip ANYONE could give you about engagement is AUTHENTICITY!  Push notifications and pop-ups only get you so far.  At some point, you have to show up and interact with your ideal clients and nurture them through your sales funnel.  In order to scale your business for longevity, it’s important to show up as yourself and leverage your personal brand.

A customer engagement strategy is only as good as the people doing the engaging. One of the best ways to make sure this is happening is to be sure you’re a BOSS IN THE RIGHT STAGE.

The world is a little topsy turvy right now, and more and more people are turning to entrepreneurship.  The migration to be your own boss is happening and that means there are many more people to engage with.  The trick is to make sure you’re talking to the right people.  I’ve learned this the hard way so learn those 5 stages and make sure you’re targeting the right group.
