In this episode Dr. Nic explores the topic of fear surrounding injuries. Is fear a good motivator for us to do the right things in order to avoid the negatives of injury and time on the bench?
We discuss real life examples of how we can find weak points, and then educate individuals based on these weak points. Not to instill fear, but to empower individuals and to create a plan of action that will decrease the individuals chances of being injured. By the way much of the "weak point" paradigm was stolen from a recently recorded interview with our good friend Dr. Alec Draglin, a rehab chiropractor from Nashville TN. Be on the lookout for that interview to be published in the coming weeks.
