Dr. Anna Cabeca is the queen of all things menopause. She’s a triple-board certified Ob-Gyn, and a fellow of gynaecology and obstetrics, integrative medicine, and anti-aging and regenerative medicine. She’s worked one-on-one with more than ten thousand women to help them thrive through perimenopause and beyond, and millions more through her best-selling books and online presence. She’s the author of ‘The Hormone Fix’ and ‘Keto-Green 16’ - and has just released her latest book, ‘MenuPause’, an easy-to-follow diet plan to help break the often-vicious cycle of menopause symptoms. Dr. Anna combines modern medicine with time-tested natural remedies to offer a holistic and highly effective approach to managing menopause.
