Dr. Leland Stillman has become a wildly popular doctor thanks to his polarizing video he posted on social media last year where he takes a firm stance on COVID-19 and, more specifically, shares his thoughts on the vaccine and vaccination process. Needless to say, Dr. Stillman is a critical thinker that has his patients' health and best interests at heart, which is how he fortuitously stumbled upon the therapeutic healing benefits of light. He took it upon himself to study how our light environment can significantly impact our overall health so that he could further help his patients along their healing journey. Dr. Stillman majored in environmental health at Connecticut College, completed medical school at the University of Virginia and specialized in Internal Medicine at the Maine Medical Center and became board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is the author in a handful of research publications as well. His mentors have included naturopaths, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and homeopaths, as well as medical doctors. Today, Dr. Stillman works with people all over the world, utilizing a systematic approach that addresses all aspects of diet, lifestyle, mindset, and environment that impacts your health.
