It seems that the message that is portrayed online is that in order for you to attain success, "you must outwork the competition, put your head down and just grind". Yes, this works in the short term but in the long term this is doing you more harm than good.
If you are just constantly working towards your goal, not giving yourself the appropriate rest, sacrificing sleep, relationships and both your mental and physical health, you can do some serious harm to yourself.
The thing is if you are working towards your goal and you sacrifice your relationships in order to reach it, who are you going to celebrate with when you achieve it?
